Please read this software license agreement ("license") carefully before using the software. By using the software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this license. If you are accessing the software electronically, signify your agreement to be bound by the terms of this license by set the "I agree" selector. If you do not agree to the terms of this license, do not use the software and select "I do not agree".
A. This software and documentation accompanying this License whether on disk, in read only memory, are licensed, not sold, to you by Horizon Ring Software (HRS) for use only under the terms of this License, and HRS reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.

B. This License allows you, during the term of this License, to install and use one copy of this software on each computer owned or controlled by. You may place this software on your internal network so that multiple computers owned or controlled by you may access and use this software at the same time.

C. You may make one copy of this software in machine-readable form for backup purposes only; provided that the backup copy must include all copyright or other proprietary notices contained on the original.

D. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, create derivative works of, incorporate into or compile in combination with your own programs, rent, lease, lend, sublicense or otherwise redistribute this software. You may add the files of animation (GIF format) developed by you in a new folder in a folder "animation" and to use them in the program.

E. The term of this License shall commence upon your installation or use of this software and will terminate automatically without notice from HRS on September 1, 2008. Your rights under this License will also terminate automatically without notice from HRS if you fail to comply with term of this License. Upon the termination of this License, you shall cease all use of this software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of this software.

F. This software is provided "as is", with all faults and without warranty of any kind.

G. This License constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of this software. No amendment to or modification of this License will be binding unless in writing and signed by HRS. The parties hereto confirm that they have requested that this License and all related documents be drafted in English.
